Careful cooking inspired by traditional recipes sometimes revisited by the chef, we work with products from Picardy (duck, snails, cheese, herbs, beaten cake), sometimes from Normandy (cream, apple, Calvados, fish such as sole, turbot & St Jacques when the season comes!) after all Normandy is just around the corner! Our menu gives pride of place to local fish! You will always find lamb (but not salt meadows!) and either poultry, beef and sometimes even game!
