Circuit Découverte “Rue, au Temps des Fortifications”

Walking route marked out with information panels recalling the history of the town.

About

"In the time of the fortifications". A seaport in the Middle Ages, Rue is today a town set back from the coast. From its history, the town has preserved the Belfry, the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, a pure masterpiece of flamboyant gothic art, the Hospice Chapel and a half-timbered house. The Tourist Office and the "Ville de Rue" offer you to follow the circuit in the town "at the time of the fortifications": a pedestrian route lined with information panels recalling the history of the town.
