Carnaval

The Abbeville Carnival returns on Sunday, June 2, as part of a weekend of sports and festivities, the day after the Bruno Willecoq Memorial (5km and 10km races in the town center). A procession of over 500 people, comprising 9 floats, some 20 cultural, sporting and social associations, and 8 professional music groups
the streets of downtown Abbevilliers.
The parade starts at 3pm from the Place du Général de Gaulle and ends at the train station.
At the end of the procession, the festivities will continue on Place Max Lejeune, with musical entertainment as soon as the last float has passed. Note that the floats will line the route of the Olympic Flame on July 4.
