The Black Stompers:
This is the union of two Italian musicians who have been involved in blues and rhythm'n'blues culture for decades. Max Pierini on vocals and guitars and Pablo Leoni on bass and drums/percussion reinterpret the Afro-American tradition in their own way. The duo is rounded out by Frenchman Alain Michel on harmonica and guitar, who adds a few extra colors to this already rich palette of sounds! An intense emotional journey through the sounds of the Blues, from the swamps of Louisiana to the Mississippi Delta, with occasional detours to the prairies of Ireland and the dunes of the Sahara.
